What is the Random Workout Generator?
The random workout generator creates a quick routine from a pool of popular exercises such as jump squats, step-ups, tricep dips, mountain climbers, jumping jacks and the superman hold. Each exercise comes with a target — a number of reps, such as 15, or a timed hold, such as 45 seconds — so you know exactly what to do.
Two settings shape your session. “Exercises” sets the length of the routine, from 3 to 15 moves (six by default). “Intensity” lets you choose Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced, adjusting the workload to your fitness level.
Every routine is generated in your browser with the Web Crypto API, so each session is different and nothing is stored. Copy the list to your phone or export it as CSV, JSON or TXT. This tool provides general ideas, not medical or personal-training advice: if you are new to exercise, pregnant, injured or have a health condition, consult a doctor or qualified fitness professional before starting.

How to get the most from a random workout
Start with five to ten minutes of light cardio and mobility to warm up. Focus on good form rather than speed, and rest 30–60 seconds between exercises — longer if you are a beginner. For a tougher session, repeat the full list two or three times as a circuit. Finish with gentle stretching and drink water. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.
Press Generate again for a fresh set — it’s free and unlimited.
